Bid Bold! – Live Auction Team Energiser is a short, high-energy team building activity designed to spark confidence, laughter, and connection in large-group settings such as conferences, town halls, and corporate events.

Built around the excitement of a live auction, this experience invites participants to step out of their seats and into the spotlight , not to compete seriously, but to have fun, speak up, and energise the room together.

Participants are divided into teams and each team is assigned a low-value, playful auction item. Teams take turns sending a representative on stage to become the auctioneer, calling bids, engaging the audience, and driving momentum in real time. With professional facilitation setting the tone, no prior experience is required — enthusiasm is the only requirement.

The live auction format naturally breaks down barriers. Laughter, cheering, and friendly competition emerge quickly as teams rally behind their auctioneer and react to the fast-paced bidding.
