Have you ever imagined yourself and your team in a full chef’s uniform working out of your office? Get your Team to think OUTSIDE the box, by using only what is in the box with our Mystery Box Challenge!
Each team will receive a box of ingredients from which they will have to design one dish within limited resources. The team could exchange their unique ingredient with other teams. No one will know the contents of the mystery box until all is revealed on the day. Also, No one will know what the final dish taste like!
In a fun, energetic & fast-paced environment, teams will collaborate cohesively, interdependent on various roles like Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chopping board station and sourcing. The Cookout provides excitement and entertainment while enhancing communication and collaboration, also help the team discover their hidden talents and appreciate cultural diversity. In the end, it could help teams to recognize individual efforts and team accomplishments. In addition, other special outcomes for Mystery Box are finding creative ways to work together and solve problems.
After this event, the team could have a food party together with wine and beers!
