We’re excited to introduce Bid Bold!, Justwork’s newest experiential learning programme, a first-of-its-kind corporate learning experience inspired by live auctioneering. As a learning partner, Justwork is proud to be among the first to bring the energy, intensity, and presence of professional auctions into leadership and communication development.

In this invitation-only taster, you will experience how auction-style simulations create instant energy, presence, and engagement . Also how these moments can be intentionally designed to build communication confidence, influence, and performance under pressure. For this programme, we partner with the real Auctioneer Mr. Brian Hodgson on this programme, so you will feel like you are in a live auction.

Rather than learning about communication from slides or frameworks, participants step directly into fast-paced, real-time auction scenarios. They practise commanding attention, creating momentum, and engaging an audience, supported by guided reflection and immediate re-application.
