Presence by Design
for Leaders
Have You Ever Designed Your Presence Like This?
10–30 pax | 90 mins–3 hours | Indoor
We live in a world where leadership is no longer defined only by what we know, but also by how we show up, connect, and influence the room. Every meeting, presentation, client conversation, and team interaction becomes a stage where our presence is being experienced by others, sometimes in ways we intend, and sometimes in ways we do not.
“Presence by Design for Leaders” is a thoughtfully designed experiential workshop that invites participants to explore the visible and invisible elements of leadership presence. Through a blend of reflection, practical styling insights, body language awareness, voice, emotional steadiness, and communication practice, participants will discover how credibility, warmth, confidence, and authenticity can be expressed with greater intention.
In this workshop, participants will be guided to notice how appearance, posture, facial expression, tone of voice, and interaction style influence perception and trust. They will reflect on the gap between how they see themselves and how others may experience them, and explore small but powerful adjustments that can strengthen their leadership impact.
Designed especially for leaders who need to inspire confidence, build rapport, communicate with clarity, and remain authentic under pressure, the programme creates a safe and engaging space to experiment with presence in action. Participants will not be asked to become someone else. Instead, they will learn how to align their external presence with their inner leadership intention, so they can walk into the room with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
The experience is facilitated by our Associate Partner Mya, a professional stylist, who brings a unique and practical lens to the connection between personal style, professional image, and leadership presence. In this workshop, participants will explore how to design a presence that is not only seen, but felt and remembered.
