A Change Agent provides the technical knowledge and support needed by organizations to learn and adopt new ways of working. Businesses today exist in a world of constant change, and the changes are increasingly more profound. Although they do not have direct responsibility for the change, they contribute to the design, planning, execution, and adoption of the change by providing leadership, influence, facilitation, coaching, communication, team development, and a critical attitude. Change Agents also help create an environment in which the necessary behaviour changes, ways of acting, and learning are not only desirable and achievable but can take place. In this course, managers will learn how to use an agile and impactful approach to leading self, leading teams, and leading the organisation. The course is designed to inspire managers to build their resource capacity to effectively support any organisational change or transformation initiative.

  • Consolidate the learning and journey experience to compile a leadership action plan for transformational change

  • Measuring improvements to weaker areas of leadership skill sets

  • Group assignment: Create a mission, goal, and strategy to align leading self, teams, and organisation to create future success
